The right gear is essential for wildlife watching and photography. I spend many hours waiting still in all weathers, usually at night and if I'm lucky may take one or two pictures. Wildlife Watching Supplies was started because I had difficulty getting the right equipment and materials for my photography. I knew there must be many other people, photographers, naturalists, birdwatchers and filmmakers in the same position.

GOOD NEWS – We have won our Nominet case against Stealth Wildlife. See News Section for more details.

Look out for sites using our name: Through Kevin's 25 years as a wildlife photographer and his links with the security forces, he has built up a range of original products and designs (R) to help photographers protect and camouflage their kit. Wildlife Watching Supplies was started by Kevin in 1992 and has gone from strength to strength with customers around the world. The Company has received a number of awards over the years for their products and designs. See below copyright/design rights notice at bottom of page. There are some sites using the Company name with similar site text to track our success on Google. Some of these are just front page sites that transfer you to another site. Kevin is just concerned that some new customers might get confused with this because the words Wildlife Watching Supplies comes up a lot on them, its easy to think its us when it isn't. If anybody has gone to one of these sites thinking it was us, Kevin would be interested to hear from you. Kevin has appreciated everybody's comments and support on this issue.

Over the years sales have been steadily growing. A lot of our business comes from regular customers and recommendations. We are a UK based company, but a lot of our products are exported around the world. We also have dealers throughout Europe (see International Dealers). The most popular products that we make are our Dome hides, Bag hides, Lens and Camera covers and Double bean bags. I designed and developed these for my own wildlife photography. I wanted to get closer to my subject but still record it's natural behaviour. While most of our customers are wildlife photographers or naturalist, we also sell to wildlife filmmakers and film production companies, the BBC, RSPB, Universities, Police units, Security companies and British Forces.
Wildlife Watching Supplies have supplied the UK Special Forces and NATO with camouflage kit for over 10 years. Our products have been tried and tested in some of the harshest climates around the world.

We are always adding to our range of products and updating our website. Our new A2 leafcut scrim works well. You can make a screen, cover the side of your car or throw it over yourself to break up your outline. A new addition to the site is our 'photo tips' section. It will give Tips on Wildlife Photography and how to get the best from our gear. This has stemmed from my wildlife talks and the interest shown in how I take the photos and what gear I use.

We have a price list and newsletter which we are continually adding to and if there is something we don't stock we usually know somebody who does. The aim of Wildlife Watching Supplies is to bring together a comprehensive range of camouflage materials, clothing which is waterproof, breathable and quiet and equipment, hides, covers and mats to make it easier, and more comfortable for you to blend in with the environment.

As most wildlife are in isolated areas and away from main roads, and the majority of photographers work on their own, its important to have some back up. We have a wide range of safety equipment, survival packs, whistles, signaling mirrors, survival bags, hypothermia space blankets, button compasses and insect repellent.
